The Inner Man (2)

On the next chapter, the writer of Joshua recorded that Caleb was able to dislodge the Anakites. Caleb's faith produced fruits that no man can produce, only the LORD.

Going back 45 years ago, the Anakites were called "the Giants". The first spies that were sent to Canaan melted in fear when they saw the Anakites.

45 years later, Caleb continued in faith. What he believed when he was 40 years old, he still believed now that he is 85.

Eventhough he is old, God worked wonders as he fought "the Giants". He believed God can destroy the enemies inspite of his old age. Caleb joined God's campaign to wipe out the enemies, more than Caleb asking God to join him in his personal journey.

Caleb did not ask the Lord to give him a green light, Caleb believed that the light has already been GREEN for the people of God, and all he needs to do is to go.

How wonderful the story of God's work on those who remain. Those who remain to put their faith in God.

Green means go! What happens when you don't: you hold others back or you get honked at - which simply means: GO!
Wow! Thanks, Tina.
