Song of Deborah

In this poetry it is emphasized that we as believers ought to...

1.) Prioritize praise in our life.
2.) Cooperate in God's work. Be a part of God's movement.
3.)Fear nothing when faced with opportunity to destroy our enemies.

(verse 12)
'Wake up, wake up, Deborah!
Wake up, wake up, break out in song!
Arise, O Barak!
Take captive your captives, O son of Abinoam.'

"A voluntary lack of fellowship with other believers will inevitably produce a lack of enthusiasm for God's work."*

(meditation on Judges 5)
