Help me Lord to understand what matters most in being a good steward of the family You have gifted me.
Help me be able to stay home and take care of my family. You are our Provider, our Sustainer. Just teach me and change my heart that I may not be swayed towards the wrong path.
For Your name's sake keep me and my husband and my kids away from the works of the evil one, I rest in the power of the prayer of Your Son Jesus, "to keep us [them] from the evil one".
Please Please Please rescue me when I get tempted to spend time, money and energy in things that is not of importance to You.
This I pray in full assurance of the power and the faithful promises of the Lord Jesus. Amen.
A pure heart that's what I long for. A heart that follows hard after Thee.
